Covid-19

We take your health seriously! As such, please make note of these precautions when coming in for your appointment:

  • Face coverings are no longer required inside the salon, but you’re totally welcome to wear one. Your stylist may not be wearing a mask and is an expert at working around yours. Just make sure it loops around your ears and you don’t mind it getting dirty (if you’re getting color).

  • Please reschedule your appointment if you have respiratory symptoms. We aren’t playing with any cooties!


New Clients

Welcome! We’re located on the northeast corner of 128th + Zuni Blvd in Westminster, CO. Check out the house rules below. If you decide we’re a good fit, book your first appointment with us:

  1. Check out our Services page to drool over our work.

  2. Book your first appointment by selecting “Book” from the top menu + choose your desired service in the NEW CLIENTS category. Deposits may be required upon booking.

  3. Choose your desired stylist.

  4. Choose your desired date.

  5. Choose your desired time.

  6. Complete your booking by creating or logging into your Vagaro account + select “Request

  7. You’ll receive an email confirming your appointment has been accepted. Add “First Class Ticket on the Good Hair Express” to your Google Calendar.

  8. You’ll receive another confirmation email 2-7 days before your appointment. Your stylist can’t wait to meet you!

House Rules

PUNCTUALITY

→ Please arrive on time. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, please text your stylist or barber to let them know.

→ If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to amend or reschedule your service.

→ 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged a service fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged service fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service.

PAYMENTS

→ We accept cash, checks, most credit cards + Venmo at the time of service.

→ Some services require a deposit upon booking.

→ Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a service fee up to 50% of the scheduled service.

→ No shows will be charged service fee up to 100% of the scheduled service before they can be rebooked.

SALON ETIQUETTE

→ We are kid-friendly! Well-behaved, quiet kids are welcome in the salon if they have an appointment.

→ Please, no eating in the studio.
